“Hospitality and customer care has always been the main focus of my work. In my drinks I bring a concept of simplicity and continuous research towards new combinations to make you live a different experience every time.
My passion for this profession was already born in school, participating in numerous master classes and having many work experiences. To date, together with my partner Natale Brunetti, we are the founders of the “Flair Proof Association”, giving the opportunity to many young people in the area to learn the art of mixing. In the search for new products for our customers we had the need to create Codex Gin, a distillate that lends itself very well in blending due to its refined botanicals, in fact we experimented with a recipe combining it with the Black Summer Truffle and with Honey. with Truffles creating the cocktail: #Trufflefashioned “
