Sassone Tartufi and its products will participate in JFEX Food 2021, the largest fair in Japan dedicated to food.
Sassone Tartufi was born in the late 90s from an intuition of Egidio Sassone, a young boy from Rocca Imperiale. Starting from a simple hobby it has become one of the leading activities in the area. Now, as the only company in the sector, it will participate in JFEX Food 2021 in Japan. It is the largest fair in the “Rising Sun” dedicated to food. The experience gained over the years has guaranteed the selection of the best forest products, synonymous with authenticity and goodness. The company mission is to transmit its passion to the many gourmands around the globe and make known the vast line of products from the South of Italy (Calabria, Basilicata, Puglia). This is what will happen on the other side of the world.
The excellence of truffles and Magna Graecia products will also find admirers in Japan. The largest fair in Asia dedicated to the agri-food sector usually has over 70,000 visitors and 3,400 exhibitors. The Italian pavilion will display the excellence of the Italian agri-food products. We are talking about meats, cured meats, cheeses, pasta, wine and specially our truffles. There will be a chance to taste and appreciate the unique characteristics of our truffle products. In fact, Sassone Tartufi products boast excellent organoleptic features. The reference area offers black and white truffles and it is extremely interesting. It therefore deserves to be celebrated properly.
JFEX Food will be held in Osaka from 17 to 19 November 2021. The announcements of Japanese and international companies in relation to food industry sector will be presented. In previous years, the exhibition took place in the city of Chiba near Tokyo, at the Makuhari Messe International Convention Complex. In a few months, as mentioned, the Fair edition number 46 will be held despite the critical situation due to Covid-19, and it will be partially in attendance.
