The white truffle is, par excellence, the most precious variety of truffle both from an economic and gastronomic point of view.
The gleba is unmistakable, it is white and yellow-greyish with very small white veins.
The surface is smooth, yellow ocher or yellow-olive, sometimes even gray-greenish.
The flavor is very tasty, garlic-like, of parmesan cheese.
Net weight: the sizes of the single white truffles vary from 15 gr to 100 gr.
Expiry:: we recommend consuming the product within approximately 4/5 days of purchase.
Storage: store in the refrigerator wrapped with absorbent paper in a hermetically sealed jar or container.
Ideal: appetizers, first courses, main courses of meat or fish, eggs, filling for artisan pasta or an ingredient for pizza dough, focaccia, wraps and dry pasta.
