Description

One of the most renowned caviar, the Russian Oscietra sturgeon farmed in Poland.

The colour ranges from brown and grey, to grey and yellow. The sizes varies from medium to large eggs, with a smooth and velvety texture along with a pleasant aroma of the sea.

The Oscietra Caviar offers rich and complex flavours that truly defines the original Caspian sea caviar.

Appearance: Grey black, Brown grey, grey yellow.

Flavour/ Taste: light aroma of nuts.

Egg Character: Medium size with a thin shell – 2.9mm to 3.5 mm

Consistency: Eggs can be easily separated from each other

Salt: 3.5%

Foreign Matter: Absent Extraneous materials: Membranes and fat clusters shall be absent Food additives: Boric acid levels below 4g/Kg (expressed in boric acid).
