Imperial Caviar is the only type of caviar that is created by two different species.

Its colour varies from golden to dark amber, with medium to large size eggs.

Appearance: Light or Dark Brown

Flavour/ Taste: Characteristic: mineral-rich and savoury flavour

Egg Character: Medium Eggs 3mm-3.5mm

Consistency: Eggs can be easily separated from each other Salt: 3.5%. Foreign Matter: Absent Extraneous materials: Membranes and fat clusters shall be absent Food additives: Boric acid levels below 4g/Kg (expressed in boric acid).

Allergens: The product is considered fish allergen in accordance with Dir. 2003/89/CE
