Schiacciatina with asparagus and Suimmer black truffle

With the summer coming, the hunger for fresh and quick recipes is strong. For those who don’t want to give up on taste and a touch of elegance, the summer black truffle is the perfect ingredient.

Recipe for 4 people
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 40 min

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus (16 pieces)

  • Sassone Summers black truffle

  • 400 gr of Burrata cheese

  • Honey with Truffle

  • Crispy Schiacciata

Procedure

Wash and peel the asparagus and put them in a pan with a little oil and salt. Cover the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes. Once the asparagus are cooked, plate them with a square of schiacciata where we’re going to lay the asparagus, then the burrata cheese and a tablespoon of honey with truffle. Then finish with a pinch of pepper and our Summer black truffle by Sassone.
