Sea Bass Carpaccio


Carpaccio is a cold dish of raw meat, fish or vegetables, cut very thin (3-4 mm) and served with oil and lemon seasoning to “cook” it and flavour it a little.

Today we present our truffle-scented sea bass carpaccio.

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 200 gr of filetted sea bass

  • 1 spring onion

For the sauce:

  • Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sassone’s truffle butter


Clean and wash the spring onion with cold water, cutting it into thin rings. We plate our very thin slices of sea bass and after drying the spring onion rings , place them on the fish. Meanwhile, in a small bowl we pour two tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of Sassone’s truffle butter. Let’s help ourselves with the teaspoon and mix the ingredients until the result is similar to a creamy sauce that once ready we will pour on our carpaccio. Our fresh, quick and tasty dish is ready.


You can use any kind of fish for this recipe. If we want to make the flavor of the spring onion less intense, we can soak it in ice water and white vinegar for 10-15 minutes.
