Tuna Tacos with Sassone’s Spicy Truffle Sauce

  • 8 corn tacos
  • 400 gr of fresh tuna
  • 1 jar of Sassone’s spicy truffle sauce
  • 1 lime
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 fresh peppers
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100 ml of plain yogurt
  • Sesame


We take the slices of fresh tuna and remove the skin and any small bones that may have remained despite cleaning the fish. Let’s cut them into cubes of about one centimeter and combine them, in a bowl, with lime juice and a generous tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Cover the bowl with a film and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile,cut the avocado into cubes of the same size and begin to compose your taco with yogurt sauce, the avocado and marinated tuna; finally, we add a few tablespoons of our Sassone’s spicy truffle sauce.


Tacos are a delicacy that we can garnish with both fish and meat, to make the dish more delicate. In this recipe we have chosen tuna to combine with the unique flavour of our Sassone’s spicy truffle sauce.
