Vegan Truffle Tartare

Who said that the tartare can only be made with meat or fish?
Today we had fun with a recipe made only with fruit and vegetables and the result was excellent.

Difficulty: easy
Preparation time: 10 mins.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 beetroot

  • 15 gr of Sassone White Truffle

  • 60 gr of tofu

  • Sassone’s Oil truffle

  • Sassone’s Truffle Taralli

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Instructions

Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes along with the beetroot and the tofu. Use a tartare cylinder or a pastry cup and lay the avocado the turnips and the tofu to create distinct layers. Let’s add a crunchy touch by crumbling some taralli and grating some Sassone’s white truffle.

Season the tartare with a pinch of salt, a little black pepper, and some Sassone’s Truffle Oil.

Tips

We can use various vegetables to make the tartare and use a condiment of our choice. The crunchy part can also be substituted, and instead of taralli we can use slivered almonds.
