Imperial Caviar è l’unico tipo di caviale creato da due specie diverse.

È delizioso e raffinato. Offre un sapore burroso sublime ed è noto per il suo sentore di nota cremosa e salmastra. Si scioglie in bocca, lasciandoti alle spalle un’esperienza da riprovare.

Il suo colore varia dal dorato all’ambrato scuro, con uova di dimensioni medio grandi.

L’Imperial è sicuramente l’esempio di caviale eccezionale, rappresenta la vera raffinatezza nei sapori.

Egg Character: Medium Eggs 3mm-3.5mm

Consistency: Eggs can be easily separated from each other Salt: 3.5%. Foreign Matter: Absent Extraneous materials: Membranes and fat clusters shall be absent Food additives: Boric acid levels below 4g/Kg (expressed in boric acid).

Allergens: The product is considered fish allergen in accordance with Dir. 2003/89/CE
